Dragon Ball Super Pre-Order Update

Important Information for Our Customers

Due to ongoing and significant allocation cuts from our distributors, we have made the decision to stop accepting pre-orders on all Dragon Ball Super products until further notice.

Unfortunately, we are currently seeing our allocations reduced by approximately 60–70% compared to the start of 2026 and 2025 on some Dragon Ball Super releases. We have not been given a clear explanation as to why these cuts are occurring, and the unpredictable nature of these allocations makes it extremely difficult for us to confidently accept new pre-orders.

What This Means for Existing Pre-Orders

If you currently have a Dragon Ball Super pre-order with us and would prefer to cancel it due to these allocation issues, you may do so without any restocking or cancellation fee.

We understand that customers may not want to continue waiting when there is uncertainty surrounding product availability, and we want to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through these ongoing supply and allocation issues. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update customers if allocations return to more reliable levels.
