Cancellation of Pre-Orders will incur a 10% Processing Fee. No exceptions will be made.
We do not allow customers to cancel Pre-Orders 7 days prior to release day. After this 7 day period, all pre orders are FINAL SALE.
All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.
Should you wish to split part of an order to be sent ahead of time, it will require the purchase of an additional $8.95 shipping charge for Ontario and $12.99 for British Columbia.
We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes. This pertains to and is not limited to “Buyouts” and other instances regarding the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it will also be subject to a potential adjustment.
Pre orders can be subject to allocation and if amounts become more limited we will fulfill orders in order they are received. All Policies are subject to change at anytime without notice.

Pre-order quantities depend on allocations from our distributors, and in rare cases those allocations are reduced after orders are placed. If we're unable to fulfill any item in your pre-order, you'll automatically receive a full refund for the affected item(s), plus a 10% discount code for your next purchase, as a thank you for your patience.
Shipping & Returns
All Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping over $175.
At this time, we do not accept returns on TCG products. For all other items, you can return them back, unopened for a store credit. The shipping charge will be up to the customer to pay. For more information, view our Returns & Exchanges policies.
