· Coordinate weekly play, tournaments, leagues, pre-releases, and Organized Play across supported TCG titles

· Create and manage events

· Plan and coordinate special events including Trade Nights, collector events, product launches, and Learn-to-Play programming

· Coordinate Event Runners and store teams, ensuring event staffing, prizing, promotional materials, equipment, and play spaces are prepared

· Run events as required, including player check-in, tournament software, pairings, round timing, announcements, standings, and prizing

· Work with Marketing and Store Managers to promote events, communicate event details, and encourage advance registration

· Track attendance, prizing, event performance, player feedback, and post-event reporting while identifying opportunities to grow our community

· Train and Coordinate Event Runners and store teams, ensuring event staffing, prizing, promotional materials, equipment, and play spaces are prepared.

· Build out Hobbiesville's event calendar
